At EB Creative Strategies Inc, ("Abbreviation") I am committed to respecting your privacy, being transparent about the information I collect and how I use that information. What information does Creative Uproar collect?

I collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and anonymous information. Generally speaking, you can visit this website without identifying who you are or revealing any information about yourself. 

Personally identifiable information identifies a particular user with name, email address or phone number or the like. 

Anonymous information cannot be connected to the identity of a specific individual. For example, a site may record the number of visits to a particular page that occur in a given period of time, but does not necessarily provide the names or other identifying information of each visitor.

When you {subscribe to my newsletter or request additional information} I collect certain information to process your request for information and/or products/services.

Data retention

I only retain Personal Data collected from Users for a limited period of time. This period of time will vary to the degree in which I need it to fulfill the purposes for which I have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law.

When you sign up for my newsletter or opt-in on a landing page, I will keep the name and/or email address that you provide to subscribe to the newsletter. You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.

Does Creative Uproar share my personal information with third parties?

I offer online payment options for my services. In that case, I use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

I will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to my third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
